Trainee Survey
PMETB Trainee Survey
A big “thank you” to all trainees who completed the PMETB trainee
survey, which closed on 25th March 2009. We are very pleased to
announce the Severn Deanery came top nationally when compared with
other Deaneries, with a 93.4% response rate. Trainee responses are
highly valued and we thank everyone who took the time to complete
this annual survey. Thanks also go to the Trust, School and Deanery
stakeholders who contributed to this excellent result. .jpg)
The survey identifies key areas of both excellence and
development – which will inform positive change in terms of training
satisfaction for trainees. As an example, the Severn Deanery will
use the survey results in a variety of ways: including prioritising
Deanery Quality visits
Deanery Visits to Trusts. These aim to improve the quality of
trainee placements in terms of training and development within
Trusts and Schools. With this exceptionally high response rate we
can be very confident of the reliability and validity of the data as
an input to the Deanery’s strategic planning.
PMETB have published the results of the 2009 survey on their
website and you can view the data via this link:
